I integrate the fact-based side with the people & emotional side of the business to enable high-performing and sustainable organizations in today’s
ever-changing world (VUCA, digitalization, …). Having worked both in HR and the business side in multiple international companies across industries, I leverage my capabilities to transform
businesses' purposes and change their operating models. Academic degrees in business administration (diploma at the RWTH Aachen and MBA at the University of Cincinnati) are complemented by solid
educations in project management and strategy (Bain&Company, PMI), change management (Kotter and Prosci), energy utilization (Reiki), and coaching (Coach Training Institute, International
Coach Federation).
Evoking transformation in organizations and in human beings fulfills me – and this is where my passion and energy shine. I embrace diversity and appreciate various perspectives as this richness
inherently presents the greatest potential for the best solution in any given situation. This requires courage, authenticity and integrity – which are characteristics that I bring with me and I
request from people working with me. Stakeholders appreciate me for telling the truth and addressing the «elephant in the room» whilst being empathetic and trustworthy. Last but not least, since
I am a cheerful soul from the Rhineland, I bring with me fun and lightness as key enablers for transformations :-)
